One rainy afternoon, I was writing when I asked my brother, Kos, a question.
Me: Piattos or Mr. Chips?
Kos: Mr. Chips.
Me: Why not Piattos?
Kos: Because its more expensive.
Me: How much is Mr Chips?
Kos: Twenty-five Pesos?
Me: How about Piattos?
Kos: Thirty Pesos?
Earlier today, Kos and I listened to Jim Rohn talking about Taking charge in life. He said, "Its not expensive, you just can't afford it."
Remembering this great philosopher's line, I said, laughing, "No, its not expensive. You just can't afford it."
(We continued laughing)
Me: So what now, Piattos or Mr Chips?
Kos: Mr. Chips.
Me: Why?
Kos: (Laughing) I can't afford Piattos.
